Welcome to Our Neighborhood!

The Agricopia Homeowners Association serves the neighborhood of Agricopia located in the town of La Plata, Maryland.  It was established January 10, 2000.  Agricopia is a mixed development including single-family homes, townhomes, carriage homes and future condominiums.  It is within walking distance of downtown La Plata, and a short distance from area restaurants, hospitals and healthcare facilities, sports facilities, schools, and parks. 

Joining the HOA or already a Member?

If you have already paid dues, believe dues were handled at settlement, or are just unsure, and are registering for the first time, please select the "INVOICE ME" option at registration and wait further instruction.

At this time only one household member can register. Feel free to list 2 names in the registration field (e.g. John and Jane Smith). If you have individual questions please direct them to Agricopiahoa@gmail.com.  

If you are renting a home here in Agricopia and wish to stay in the loop on happenings in the community, please feel free to reach out to AgricopiaHOA@gmail.com for information and we will register you after verification from the homeowner.
